Our Story

In November 1995, JUB was headquartered in Cauayan City, Isabela. It is formerly known as `JUB Motor-sign Marketing' , a retailer of auto supplies, stickers, hardware and offers sticker sign services in public and private vehicles, and business sign boards. In 1996 , JUB Motor-sign Marketing was relocated in Ilagan, Isabela where it also offers glass and aluminum works. After having a profitable business in 2 years, JUB Motor-sign Marketing became also a supplier and retailer of construction build materials. In 2000, the market of sticker signs suddenly dropped. JUB decided to pull out its stocks and services to avoid greater losses. JUB Motor-sign Marketing changed its name to JUB Hardware & Construction Supply. In 2002, JUB focuses on the construction industry wherein it became a construction build materials supplier of AM City Realty & Development Corporation, headed by Mr. Ernesto Luy. `JUB Hardware & Construction Supply' supplied the development and construction of the Capitol Hills Subdivision and City Homes Subdivision of AM City Realty & Development Corporation in Ilagan, Isabela. The project of the 2 subdivisions was completed in 2009. In 2012, the company was involved in supplying government projects in Ilagan city, Isebela. Some of the projects were national and rural roads, bridges and schools.

In 2014, the company became an accredited supplier of a construction company, ‘Ericcson Construction’ , headed by Engr. Ericcson Luy, a real estate developer and contractor of residential and commercial buildings. The company supplied construction build materials to their townhouse projects in Ilagan City, Isabela.

As of now, `JUB Hardware & Construction Supply' is still looking forward to expand their market to contractors, developers, local and international manufacturers.
