WE’RE HIRING: SALES MANAGER – PANAY ISLAND
Powerbridge Import Corporation is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can lead and grow our field sales organization across Panay Island.
This role is for someone with a strong background in construction materials trading and distribution — not a general sales management position.
Coverage: Entire Panay Island
Preferred: Female
- At least 4 years of proven experience managing Booking Salesmen / Field Sales Teams
- Strong experience in construction materials, hardware, building materials, trading, or distribution
- Proven track record in: Territory development, Dealer and hardware account acquisition, Key account management, Sales growth & Team performance management
- Must have verifiable sales achievements and credentials
- Must be able to provide examples of Key Accounts previously handled, opened, developed, or successfully closed
- Strong understanding of the Panay Island construction materials market
- Experienced in managing: Field sales and booking activities, Sales targets and quotas, Territory assignments, Telesales support, Account development, Collections and account follow-up & Sales pipelines and reporting
- Must be willing to conduct regular fieldwork throughout Panay Island
- Must own/use and personally drive a car or motorcycle
- Strong leadership, negotiation, closing, coaching, and people-management skills
