What You'll Do:

✨Client Communication
✅Respond to client emails professionally and in a timely manner
✅Generate quotes and create PowerPoint presentations
✅Deliver top-tier customer service and clear, consistent follow-up

✨Order Fulfillment
✅Place product orders for e-commerce and projects
✅Coordinate with vendor partners for timely delivery and ex*****on

✨Administrative Support
✅Assist with artwork installation signage and project tasks
✅Create shipping labels and maintain inventory organization
✅Support Project Managers with special initiatives and large-scale rollouts

What We're Looking For:

✨Excellent written and spoken English
✨Strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).
✨Detail-oriented and highly organized
