Return Policy
Please read through the following return guidelines:
• Contact our Customer Service Team at 0965 199 4045, within seven (7) days from the original purchase date, to take note of your detailed reason for the return.
• You may return the item(s) within seven (7) days of the original purchase date with its receipt.
• The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition and in the
original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for dropping off the items back to our physical store or the cost of return shipping unless the items are being returned due to defects or damage.
• Upon receiving your returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
• If the items are in their original, unused condition, we will process your return.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within the same date of acquisition.
• No refund will be dealt with should you raise your concern(s) after the date of purchase but instead exchange of an item is possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding our return policy.
