PARTSMAN
ERNESTO’S SAN ANDRES GENERAL MERCHANDISE is looking for a responsible, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a PARTSMAN.
We are looking for someone who can assist customers with their inquiries, help them find the products they need, and is willing to learn about our wide range of merchandise and store operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting products suited to their needs.
• Attend to customer inquiries.
• Check product availability, specifications, and compatibility when applicable.
• Organize, arrange, and maintain product inventory.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing delivered items.
• Monitor stocks and help maintain proper inventory records.
• Coordinate with fellow staff to ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Graduate or College Level.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, hardware, or construction supplies is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Computer literate.
• Organized, attentive to detail, and responsible.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Able to work well with a team and handle customer inquiries professionally.
