# HR MANAGER

# # About the Position
ANZHITAY CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CORP. is looking for an experienced and hands-on **HR Manager** to oversee the company's human resources operations for approximately 300 employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR policies, labor compliance, and overall HR administration.
# # Key Responsibilities
- Manage the overall HR operations of the company.
- Lead recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee separation processes.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE requirements.
- Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, compensation, and employee benefits.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation.
- Develop performance evaluation and employee development programs.
- Coordinate training and employee engagement activities.
- Provide HR advice and support to management and department heads.
- Supervise and guide HR staff.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower plans for management.
- Handle sensitive employee matters professionally and confidentially.
# # Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **At least 5 years of progressive HR experience**, preferably with managerial or supervisory experience.
- Experience managing HR operations for **200–300+ employees** is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
- Strong experience in employee relations and disciplinary cases.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, trading, or construction supply companies is an advantage.
- Must be willing to work **onsite in Valenzuela City**.
