Hiring for Technical Service Engineer
Job description
OPERATIONAL
Ø Conducting end user training with the clients
Ø Assigned with the project deployment within client site
Ø Oversee and assists contractors’ daily activities
Ø Follows standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Ø Performs various duties related to electrical works and design
Ø Responds to technical problems within the organization
Ø Maintains a consistent level of technical readiness as defined by technical manager
Ø Management of all IT related equipment used within the organization
Ø Management of software for laptops and desktop used within the organization
Ø Keep abreast of new product introductions, technological/industry advances, and market/territory developments
Ø Implementation of project timeline (Gantt Chart)
Ø Management of repair software
Ø Maintain professional relations with customers during the technical cycle and ensure responsive customer service; investigate and respond to customer’s technical product questions or needs through proper channels. – tse 1 - under team lead
Ø Conduct product demonstration with Account Managers and Service Engineers as needed
Ø Ensures that the demo units are properly maintained and managed
Ø Ensure that there would be zero back jobs on repairs being conducted
Ø Generate diagnostic report and quotation for repair
DOCUMENTATION AND SUBMISSION OF REPORTS
Ø Processing of work permit (e.g. working permit, permit to operate on field offices)
Ø Creation and submission of activity report after the activity or on the next business day
Ø Creation and submission of service report on the activity or on the next business day
Ø Creation and submission of SMS report every after client activity
Ø Creation and submission of JRF report for technical constraints within the organization
Ø Submission of accomplished Job order after every activity or on the next business day
Ø Creation and submission of project documents
Ø Monitoring and updating of bitrix report
Ø Creation and submission of client’s update report
Ø Creation and submission of design proposal
Ø Updating the inventory of deployed products to clients
COMMUNICATION
Ø Responsible for the 24/7 phone support to clients and technical team member
Ø Responsible for the 24/7 email response
Ø Coordination with clients to resolve issues or concern regarding the project
Ø Implementation of project timeline (Gantt Chart)
Ø Provides prompt and accurate feedback to clients
QUALIFICATION
o Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication, IT), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
o Knows Networking Design
o Required language(s): English, Filipino
o At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
o Applicants must be willing to work in Paranaque City.
o Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
o 2 Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
o Knows how to drive or with own transportation is an advantage.
