WE ARE HIRING for Customer Service Representative / CSR position!
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of working experience in BPO industry
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in any field
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service or tech support, call center experience required
- Must have strong oral or written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives
- Patience and a Positive Attitude, Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Exercise good judgment, Goal-Orientated and Customer Focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc
- Amenable to work at day shift or night shift
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and working holidays
