• Maintenance: Marunong sa basic troubleshooting (check-up ng langis, tubig, at gulong).
• Disiplina: Mahinahon sa pagmamaneho at sumusunod sa batas trapiko.
• Punctuality: Laging maaga at mabilis makarating sa mga delivery schedule.
• Integridad: Mapagkakatiwalaan sa pag-aalaga ng truck at sa mga dokumento (receipts).
• Team Player (Initiative) : may pagkukusa at handang tumulong sa pagbubuhat o pag-aayos ng karga.

Pangunahing Requirements:
• Valid License (Professional) para sa Driver.
• NBI o Police Clearance.
• Medical Certificate / Fit to work.
