The ongoing construction of a four-storey commercial building with a highlights the effective use of MevaScaff and MevaPly in addressing structural requirements while supporting cost-efficient project ex*****on.

MevaScaff provides the strength and stability needed for the elevated slab construction, offering a leg load capacity of up to 65 kN at a 1-meter lift. Its modular design enables efficient assembly and easy adaptation to varying height and spacing requirements, helping reduce installation time, optimize labor resources, and maintain safe working conditions throughout the construction phase.

Delivering a 20-storey mixed-use commercial building in the heart of Cebu City required more than just reaching new heights. Despite a narrow construction site, complex floor configurations, and demanding urban logistics, the client successfully completed the structure on time using MEVA's MAC Automatic Climbing System and AluFix formwork.

The project also marked the first use in the Philippines of a customized MAC configuration connected to the building's projecting walls and set up as a self-climbing single unit, providing the flexibility needed for the tower's unique design. With its fully enclosed climbing platform, the MAC system offered workers a safe and comfortable working environment while protecting them from challenging weather conditions. Combined with expert on-site training and technical support from MEVA Philippines, the project achieved an impressive one million safe man-hours and on-time delivery, proving that productivity and safety can go hand in hand.
