G2 MICROCOAT | MICROCEMENT MIXING INSTRUCTION 🛠️

Proper mixing is essential for achieving consistent application, strong adhesion, and a premium microcement finish.

STANDARD MIXING RATIO:
▪️ 1 kg G2 Microcement Part A
▪️ 500 mL Part B – Polymer Bonding Liquid

OPTIONAL – FOR CUSTOM COLORS:
🎨 Pigment – amount may vary depending on the required color intensity
💧 100 mL clean water – use to properly disperse the pigment before adding it to the mixture

Use an electric mixer at low speed and mix thoroughly until smooth, uniform, and lump-free.

IMPORTANT:
Maintain the same measurements for every batch to achieve consistent color and finish throughout the project.

Finish Ready Mix: Smooth, Fine Sand, Coarse Sand, & Mista Sand

Can Applied Over:
Concete / Cement Render
Cement Board
Existing ceramic Tiles (w/ proper preparation)
Existing Paint (need primer)
Existing Skimcoat (need primer)
Waterproofing cementitious
Gymsum Board/drywall
Old Stucco/ Microcememt

Microcement is not recommended for direct application over:

* ❌ Wet, damp, or leaking surfaces
* ❌ Loose, hollow, cracked, or unstable tiles
* ❌ Active structural cracks
* ❌ Dusty, chalky, oily, or contaminated surfaces
* ❌ Peeling or poorly bonded paint
* ❌ Glossy ceramic/porcelain tiles without proper abrasion and bonding primer
* ❌ Flexible or moving substrates without proper reinforcement
* ❌ Areas with continuous water immersion, such as swimming pools or water tanks, unless a specifically engineered system is used
* ❌ Surfaces without proper waterproofing in showers and other continuously wet areas

Important: Microcement is a decorative finishing system, not a substitute for structural repair or waterproofing. The substrate must be sound, stable, clean, dry, and properly prepared before application.

G2 Coatings products are decorative finishes designed to enhance the beauty, texture, and durability of your surfaces.

💧 Our products are WATER REPELLANT, but they are NOT WATERPROOFING.

They help repel water and reduce water absorption, but they are not designed to stop water pe*******on or replace a proper waterproofing system.

For exterior walls and exposed areas, proper waterproofing should be applied first before the G2 decorative finish.

Recommended System:
Proper Surface Preparation + Waterproofing System + G2 Decorative Finish + Topcoat = Better Protection & Longer-Lasting Results
