Faizan Steel has been in the steel manufacturing business for over three decades and is considered one of the top steel re-rolling mills in the country. Our manufacturing plant is equipped with
the latest and most sophisticated steel manufacturing facilities which encompass a high-end melt shop, a fully automatic steel re-rolling mill and a 180 ft. The steel re-rolling is carried out at our automatic bar mill, which is capable of rolling high-strength reinforcing deformed bars of various grades in all commercial sizes. Our bars are manufactured using an in-house manufactured steel billet, conforming to American ASTM A-615M, ASTM A-706M (Earthquake Resistant), Chinese GB/T 1499, equivalent HRB 400 & HRB 500 and British BS-4449 / SR-24 International Standards.
*STEELMAKING PROCESS*
1) The production process begins with our melting furnace, which uses the highest quality shredded scrap and high-grade bundles. We store large quantities of raw materials to ensure we are never short on supply.
2) Our Induction furnace has a capacity of 20 & 25 tons respectively, runs a clean and energy-efficient process to melt the steel to the desired temperature.
3) Molten steel is poured into a ladle, which carries it to our multi-strand Continuous Casting Machine (CCM).
4) A multi-strand Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) is used to precisely solidify molten steel into a semi-finished billet used for rolling.
5) Our 100 feet Reheating Furnace is used to heating the billet to a required temperature for rolling 25 tons of steel bars in an hour.
6) Our highly automated rolling mill uses a rough, intermediate and finishing mill to produce top-quality deformed steel bars.
7) Our 180 feet cooling bed is constructed in a way to avoid distortion of the final product while it's cooling which enables us to produce specified lengths required by our customers.
8) An automatic bundling machine is used to form uniform bundles of steel bars. The bundles are then tagged with product details & accordingly arranged in the stockyard for dispatch.
