Many hobbyists ask me how to safely remove a 13 series CPU. So today I am sharing the most secure technique for 13pro for my brothers. As you know 13pro, maximum circuit takes time to observe heat. Most of the time I saw the technician running 350c or a bit back and forth which sometimes caused the CPU to crash. Because at this temperature the CPU heats up, the heat does not reach the circuit properly, causing the CPU to drop its balls and rise up. So it should be given at this low temperature so that the CPU and circuit temperature point equalizes.

SMD: sogun8620
Temp:280c
Wind : 110
Timeing:1 minute 50 seconds
Nozzle: without nozzle
Preheat:30 seconds around all over the board.

It is often difficult to remove the IC which is just below the CPU, like iPhone 12, 13, 14,series So whenever we try to remove from SMD.There is a high probability that one of the cpu lines is shorted.
According to this feature here is a technique for safety of CPU by removing ic power.

SOLDERING STATION : jbc
TEMPERATURE: 400c
PIECE OF WICK.
SOLDERING PEST: 183c MELTING POINT.

Temperature- 300c
Wind - 60
Must have a big nozzle.
Preheat- 30 seconds
Time of pry - 2 minutes.
