Building a station on the coast of Maine and reaching 200' requires a lot of extra engineering just to keep everything in the air. Here is the latest addition to Jonesport: Three 52' Boom GXP OWA on 20M in a stack specifically built for this environment. I asked Waldek at GXP to design a heavy-duty OWA design with double boom struts and side trussing hardware. Here is a photo of the 175/123/71 stack. I even have limit switches at 170' not to over turn the Prop-pitch motor. Unless you have a station on the highest point on a peninsula in the atlantic, you wouldnt understand this concept but trust me its well worth the time and effort. HAM RADIO
