Beautiful foggy atmosphere 😶‍🌫️
Relaxing moments for Alma after a long school day, connecting with her best friends 🐴🐓

It’s impressive how much she has developed in trust and awareness, to be able to blend in so naturally… fully present in the moment. Connection with nature and animals help and lead to great emotional regulation. Very often I find Alma sharing her thoughts and feelings with the herd. She has lost interest in ridding horses for the sake of sports or competition, instead she finds power in learning to become as much of a horse herself, I believe that’s how they see her, as one of them 🥰🐴

🐴 Tuesdays are dedicated to group therapies (equine-assisted therapy), and this is how one of our patients expressed their feelings about their final day with us! 🌟

A little dirt, a creative finger drawing, and a happy smile on an open chest - all reflections of a joyful heart ❤️
