More than a penthouse, this is a study in light, materiality, and atmosphere.

Designed by CONVERARCHI, the project embraces panoramic city views, layered lighting, and oversized surfaces to create a seamless flow between spaces. Warm woods, textured stone finishes, and carefully selected tones soften the natural light and bring a sense of balance to every room.

Dekton, Silestone and Sensa surfaces were applied throughout the home, from kitchens and bathrooms to walls, flooring, and outdoor areas, creating a consistent aesthetic with long-lasting performance.

This villa relies on a facade that defines the character of the project from the outside. Maria Cira Ferrara conceived the exterior as part of a single spatial system, where the material does not act as a finish but as the guiding thread of the entire project. Dekton Kreta clads the exterior of the house with a solid, precise presence, resistant to UV rays and abrasion, maintaining its character intact over time.
