A little late but it’s ssstill the new year season so Happy Lunar New Year to all! Here’s Huat we’ve been up to festivities-wise 🍊

The Ferti-team has been hard at work, from creating Custom Ornaments alongside ‘s mycellium baubles for to making Mandarin Oranges for a joined event and workshop with 💪

We’re inspired by the snake this year to keep growing and regenerating new ways of incorporating waste-based clay creations into more spaces, so that we can keep ourselves sleek and fresh 🐍Stay tuned to see what else we have lined up for this new year ahead 🌞

In case you didn’t know, we love sharing what Ferticlay has to offer with everyone and being as inclusive as we can in the process 🫂

This means we host workshops for persons under the special needs spectrum and choose to hire persons from various backgrounds and levels of abilities as well. It’s an active choice we make and while it does come with its challenges, fostering a harmonious workplace in any space is never a walk in the park anyway. We’re blessed though, that clay brings us all together, to be present and connect with ourselves and one another, so that we can be our best selves at work 🤗

We hope that we can continue to provide employment and experience opportunities to those who need a space to grow and thrive in, at their own pace 💚

First things first, we source our clay from local construction partners that run tests on their soil samples so that it’s safe for use 🧱🔬We then collect and hand-filter this precious clay before turning it into Ferticlay!
