1. Deposit is non refundable and will be offset from your final payment of service.
2. For rescheduling of your confrimed appointment, you have to infrom us at least 48hrs before your appointment timeslot.
3. Your deposit will be forfeited for last minute rescheduling or lateness beyond 20 minutes grace period or no-show.
4. Please arrive on time for your appointment. For customers arriving more than 20 minutes late, we will forfeit your deposit and cancel your appointment so that our next customers slot will not be affected.
