DLM revamped the website’s UI and UX while improving search optimisation and performance management by building in-house capabilities under the NACE Workplace Learning funding support scheme.
This learning intervention was conducted under the guidance of Mr Azhar Katib, a Workplace Learning Consultant appointed by the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore. Mr Katib is also a Director of Websell Solutions Pte Ltd, a boutique agency supporting the online presence of Singapore SMEs.
We are grateful to our website team and the management who provided valuable feedback. This has been a meaningful learning journey for our staff as we develop the capability to manage our own website, and we remain committed to continuous improvement.

Today, we had a sharing session with 38 of our Project Managers and Project Engineers.
Our Director (ACMV), Mr. Tan Peck Chuan shared on our Job Redesign programme, while Head of Engineering, Mr. Xavier Lim, presented on AI workflow. The session was held at Azbil’s office, where Mr Tan Yat Seng also shared insights on Chilled Water System design and optimization.
We thank you everyone for your participation and interest. We hope to have more sharing sessions in future to equip ourselves with relevant knowledge and skills.

Proud to share the successful closure of our Job Redesign Project with BCA.
This project marks an important milestone in our continuous improvement journey to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness across our operations. As part of this effort, we also introduced training, project sharing, and AI workplace automation to support knowledge development, improve productivity, and create smarter workflows.
Through this initiative, we gained valuable insights, explored better ways of working, and strengthened our commitment to building a more capable and future-ready team.
We are honoured to have Mr. Tan Chee Kiat, Deputy CEO; Er. Grace Mui, Group Director; Ms. Hor Wai Yee, Director; and Mr. Tay Guo Yong, Executive Manager, from BCA join us for this meaningful occasion. We sincerely thank them for their support and encouragement. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Workforce Singapore - WSG for their support, and to BDO, our consultant for the Job Redesign Journey, for their guidance and partnership throughout this process.

Our Managing Director, Er. Joseph Goh, recently conducted a briefing session on SS 553:2026 – Code of Practice for Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), to raise awareness among our team.

This updated standard addresses one of the largest energy consumers in buildings—air-conditioning. By optimising ACMV design parameters and enhancing equipment efficiency requirements, it helps reduce operational carbon emissions and supports Singapore’s sustainability targets.

Most importantly, we hope this sharing empowers our people with deeper understanding, enabling them to contribute more effectively and deliver greater value to our clients and partners.

We want our team to actively drive towards sustainability and be part of building a greener future.
