Our devices bring reliable performance, thoughtful design, and native NFC with EMV Contactless L1 certification. Ingenico’s Moby 5500M adds a secure, dependable payment layer on top — together, a full EMV acceptance terminal, chip insert and swipe included. For fast-moving service lines like quick-service restaurants and delivery counters, that’s one less device to carry, dock, or troubleshoot. This isn’t a one-off collaboration — we’ll keep working with Ingenico to make everyday transactions simpler for the people who rely on them.

🚀 iMin x MDOTPOS | Johor Bahru Product Launch

iMin and MdotPos Distributors SDN BHD recently came together to host a product launch event in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. 🇲🇾

The event showcased a lineup of new commercial devices — including the Penguin 1 Series — and explored how new technologies can help merchants accelerate digitalisation, improve operational efficiency, and run their businesses with confidence.

It was also a great opportunity to connect with our key ISV partners, exchange insights on industry and technology trends, and explore how we can work together to deliver even greater value to merchants across Malaysia.

A special thanks to our distributor, MDOTPOS, for co-organising the event and putting together such a well-planned and insightful session. We truly appreciate the strong partnership and support.

The retail and hospitality technology landscape is shifting fast — and the conversations happening on the ground in Mexico are proof of it. 🇲🇽

At , hosted by BlueStar LatinAmerica & Mexico, we had the chance to present iMin in front of roughly 250 attendees — walking through our portfolio, and spending just as much time talking about where this industry is heading.

The ecosystem was really what made the event — good conversations throughout, several follow-up meetings already in motion, and a clear sense that growth here happens through partners, not around them. We're glad to keep building that together with BlueStar and partners like Wibo, PI.NEXT Mexico, POSsible, and Grupo Neginti across LATAM.

Wrapped up a busy few days with the ScanSource team and partner community at Partner First 2026 in Nashville. 🎉

At Booth 313, we spent the show walking partners through our latest commercial devices, Penguin 1 Series and Roc 1 Series included, and picked up some genuinely useful feedback on where they could fit into partners' businesses.

Upgrading from 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM to 𝟲𝗚𝗕 𝗥𝗔𝗠 + 𝟲𝟰𝗚𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗠. 📈

We're rolling out this as the new standard configuration across Penguin 1 mini, Penguin 1, Swan 3, Swan 2 Pro, Heron 1, Heron 1 mini, and Falcon 1 Pro.

Total RAM goes up by half, but usable app memory more than doubles — from an average of 1.56GB to 3.23GB. Compared to the 4GB configuration, that's room for two or three more business apps to stay open in the background without getting pushed out by the system: checkout, loyalty, delivery aggregation, printing, and cloud sync, all running at once.

New units are now standardizing on 𝟲𝗚𝗕 𝗥𝗔𝗠 + 𝟲𝟰𝗚𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗠.

Looking back at in Bogotá 🇨🇴

Two months ago, iMin joined our partner McNetic at one of Colombia's leading food & retail trade shows, alongside Tiendana, a POS software company specializing in all-in-one business management solutions for small retailers across Latin America, to show how our commercial devices can meet the needs of the local food & beverage and retail market.

It was a strong showing for iMin in the Colombian market — great conversations, live demos, and new business opportunities across the LATAM region.
