- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and manage existing clients.

- Attend to client's enquiries and issues, recommend suitable products to clients.

- Build strong customer relationship.

- Strongly committed to achieve growth and sales targets.

-Schedule and perform product demonstration.

- Follow & maintain awareness on upcoming industry trends and recommend marketing strategies.

- Generate and submit sales report to the management.

- Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.

- Manage and coordinate all sales & marketing activities with consultants, contractors, developers, and architects.

- To lead the preparation of Shop Drawing and Schematic Drawing for the confirmed project.

- Oversee project during implementation phase.

- Prepare follow up and finalising tenders.

- Ability to formulate a strategic plan that focuses on achieving sales goals

- Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, managing, and expanding existing customer relationships to maximize growth opportunity

- Able to create and deliver compelling sales presentations

- Develop new markets and identify business opportunities
