🌱 A sustainability milestone for Dextra

Our Griptec®, Bartec®/Fortec®, and Rolltec® Carbon Lite couplers are now Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) verified, demonstrating a 51% reduction in carbon emissions compared to standard couplers.

The EPD results demonstrate an impressive 51% reduction in carbon emissions compared to standard couplers—a strong achievement that reflects our collective commitment to reducing the environmental impact of our products and supporting more sustainable construction practices.

In addition, Carbon Lite couplers can reduce emissions by up to 95% per connection compared to the traditional overlapping method, further reinforcing their significant environmental benefits.

Manufactured with EAF steel containing high recycled content, Dextra’s Carbon Lite range (Ø12–Ø50 mm) delivers significant carbon savings without compromising mechanical performance. Performance is fully verified in accordance with international standards, including ISO 15835 1, covering strength, ductility, fatigue, and bar break behaviour.
