Dr. Vallop Kingchansilp (President of Thailand chapter and Advisory Interntional to the Asia Pacific Security Association) appointed to Mr.Sittiphorn Balthip (Vice President of APSA Thailand) to attend the Secutech Vietnam on 13th - 15th August 2024 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The organization team under Mr.Tran Tong Vinh (President of Vietnam chapter) and attendents APSA members 14 countries. The Secutech Vietnam, an annual trade fair for security technology and Secutech Vietnam has established itself as a leading fair in Vietnam in the field of electronic security, home security, and fire protection. The main focus of the fair includes topics such as surveillance systems, access control, software and platforms, components and accessories, fire protection and rescue, smart building, and disaster prevention. Meanwhile, APSA had a meeting to discuss and plan further for our AGM 2025.

APSA International President Mr Jincai Yang and Secretary General visited APSA Malaysia Chapter, Dato Sri Mustapa and his committee members delivered warmest welcome, and discussion futures expanding APSA Chapter Members, approaching Cambodia, Liao, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, IRAN, and Mongolia, etc.

APSA International President has also invited APSA members to join the Shenzhen Drone World Congress and UAV Expo on 24th-26th May, and APSA Constitution Review on 26th May afternoon, then joining 27th-30th May International Security Alliance for South Asia and South East Asia meeting in Kunming city.

APSA is very honored to support the Bodyguard Organization of Thailand, organized a bodyguard competition (private sector) to develop competency to the international level.

On January 6, 2024 at the field of the Thai Bodyguard Organization Institute, Khlong 10, Nong Suea District, Pathum Thani Province, this is the first competition in the bodyguard profession in the private sector in Thailand. and Asia

There were 10 bodyguard teams participating in the competition:

1.Team Jing Wu Wei from China/Jing Wu Wei /China
2. Bodyguard Organization of Thailand team
3.Guts Investigation Security Guard Co.,Ltd. team
4.Security company team ASM Management Co., Ltd./ASM Management Co., Ltd.
5.Security Kudsan Guard Co., Ltd./Seucirty Kudsan Guard Co., Ltd.
6. Bodyguard Special Force/BSF organization by Ins. Plam Promchampa
7.GSS Team from Cambodia/Global Security Solutions of Cambodia
8. Team ADC 1(Male Bodyguard)/Aide De Camp 1/Nakhon Pathom
9.ADC Team 2(Female Bodayguard/Aide De Camp2/Nakhon Pathom
10. BSF/Bodyguard Special force team *Team from Myanmar
and a team from Laos who had not enough contestants, therefore unable to compete.

In the ceremony Professor Doctor Police Lieutenant General Wiraphon Kulbutr, former expert/commander Royal Police Cadet Academy, Sam Phran, presided over the opening ceremony. And there were senior personnel honored to attend the event including Mr.Bryce A. Miles, Mr.Bill Phillips, former LAPD, Mr.John Muller, Police Major General Paitoon Maneein, Police Colonel Dr. Itthiphon Sukying, Colonel. Noppaklao Sribunreung, former teacher from the Royal Military Academy, Colonel Phasakorn Yasawut, Armed Forces Development Command, Lecturer Kanatat Chansiri, President of the Fire and Rescue Association/FARA, with a policy

1.To develop performance Potential of being a custodial officer in the private sector
2.To raise the level standards and career development to be on par with international standards
3. To inspire a career in security in the field of personal protection officers.

It was organized with support from the WRS/World Reward Solutuons group, led by Mr. Jakkraphan Rattanaphet, who coordinated APEC 2022, supporting food and vehicles, and Mr. Thanakorn Danpratueng from the Ten Direction Co., Ltd. group, Mr. Sanhaphat. Assets from the Select Guard group, Khun Oi/Paphasara Singto-on from the VPC group. Interguard and Ajarn Manit Yimlamai, president of the ADC group, are the main official sponsors.
And the winning team of the competition is 1st place, Team Jing Wu Wei/Jing Wu Wei from China.
2nd Place: Team Gust Investigations from Guts Investigations Security Guard Co., Ltd.
3. ASM Team from ASM Management Co., Ltd.

And the shooting competition winner is 1st place: Team Jing Wu Wei/Jing Wu Wei from China. 2nd place: Team ADC 2/Aide De Camp 2 from Nakhon Pathom. 3rd place: Team Bodyguard Organization Institute and Male Bodyguards.

Excellent/Male Most Valuable Player is Khun Plam Promchampa, former police officer/Seal/SEAL and Best Female Bodyguard/Female Most Valuable Player is Khun Sirirat Jaihan

There were approximately 200 people participating in the event. The competition started from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and there was an awards ceremony with a happy hour celebration. The organizing committee will continue to the next annual competition.

Dr. Vallop Kingchansilp, International President of Asia Pacific Security Association (APSA International) and President of APSA Thailand Chapter attended the 27th International Conference and 2023 APSA Annual General Meeting held at the Oriental Ginza Shenzhen Hotel, Shenzhen, China, which was the first meeting with a quorum in the almost 4 years past since the outbreak of Covid 19 epidemic

This meeting had many important agendas such as activity reporting, the security situation of each chapter member, and the association's financial statements. The end term of APSA International Executive Committee Members (2016-2023) and the election of the new international president of the association to the position in place of Dr. Vallop Kingchansilp, who performed his duties with great sacrifice for the association for a period of up to 10 years (2012-2023) along with the international management team ( APSA International I Exco ) who will come up and act as a supporter team of the international president. The election results were :

• International President of the Association: Mr. Jincai Yang (China)

• International Vice President: Ph.D. D**g Joong Young (South Korea)

• Secretary : Mr. Norman NG (China)

• Treasurer: Mr. Li Kwok Chu (Hong Kong)

• International Auditor: Ms. Josephine Wong (Malaysia)

• Honorary Advisor: Dr. Vallop Kingchansilp (Thailand)

• Honorary Advisor: Mr. Iqbal Singh Jagdeva (India)

Dr.Vallop was invited to serve as an honorary advisor to the association because he is a qualified person who has knowledge and ability experience as the association would like to request advice on further administration.

The 2023 Annual Meeting was successfully completed. The host country for the 2024 conference is Nepal.

Invited to attend the "UAV SAFETY Forum" as an honorary speaker under the topic "Challenges of Counter-UAS Technology" in Shenzhen, China.
This seminar is under the topic related to new industries, new ecosystem, new security. It was organized by the China Association for Friendship (CAF) and the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum (Lianyungang) ,jointly carried out by the Shenzhen UAV Industry Association and the Shenzhen Security and Defense Industry Association. The forum aims to promote cooperation in UAV aviation safety and UAV network safety, as well as build a new ecosystem for the development and safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) industry.

APSA Vietnam has accompanied the exhibition Secutech Vietnam since the first time it was held in Vietnam in 2008 until now.

Secutech Vietnam 2023 took place on July 19-21, 2023 at Hanoi International Exhibition Center with nearly 500 exhibitors from 20 countries around the world, attracting more than more than 12,000 specialized visitors and 8000 students, and residents participated in the experience.
Mr. Tran Trong Vinh – President of APSA Vietnam and President of Silver Sea JSC participated in cutting the opening ribbon along with leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and other agencies from the Government. APSA's logo was placed at the main backdrop of the event and at the booth of Silver Sea.

Secutech Vietnam 2023 is the largest security, safety and fire protection exhibition in Vietnam organized by Messe Frankfurt and VietFair with 3 segments:

Security: The business and technology platform for security professionals in Asia. Beyond hardware, components, and software platforms, the show highlights integration made possible by the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI).

Dr.Vallop Kingchansilp – The International President of Asia Pacific Security Association (APSA) and President of Guts Group Security Thailand attended the Press Conference and a talk on Seutech Thailand 2023.

Messe Frankfurt and Worldex G.E.C., in collaboration with Wazzadu.com, recently held a press conference for "Thailand Building Fair and Secutech Thailand," a comprehensive international trade exhibition on buildings, security solutions, and technologies concurrently with "InnovatorX 2023," a talk forum on building technology and total security solutions with expert innovators from Thailand and overseas.

The event is touted as the most comprehensive event in the fields and will be held for the first time between 1-3 November 2023 at Hall EH103, BITEC Exhibition and Convention Center, Bang Na.

Thailand Building Fair 2023 takes the concept of "Building the Future of Work and Living," a comprehensive international exhibition on buildings and building innovations for the sustainable future of work and living.
