We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager ( SAP) to support one of project based in Thailand
Importantly must have client facing experience with SAP Experience.
Type : Permanent for Thai Nationality
Salary : 270 Euro per day
Required skills
• 8 plus years of IT industry experience in Project management
• 2 plus years of experience in doing project management for SAP projects.
• Bachelors degree or higher in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Engineering, Information management
• Excellent project management skills to handle projects and issues efficiently.
• Facilitating and leading initiatives and programs which includes effective interaction with senior management.
• Excellent presentation and data driven illustration skills.
• Result-driven mindset and ability to complete the assigned tasks on time with good quality.
• Ability to manage escalation at senior stakeholder level.
• Demonstrate relationship management competences.
• Experience in managing cross-cultural teams or individuals.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English to effectively communicate and escalate Issues.
• Solid know-how on various SAP Technologies, SAP products and Hyperscalers.
• Capability to continuously acquire new knowledge and latest technologies in an independent, proactive way.

Optional skills: ITIL Certification

Job Description:
● Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope, requirements, identifying key issues, designing & presenting the solution, testing, system implementation, and training.
● Liaises with the business community to understand business processes and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process.
● Manage projects and assist development teams in understanding requirements and application design.
● Create and maintain necessary project documentation, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup.
● Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation.
● Provide 2nd-level support service to site IT Teams - worldwide.

Qualification and Skill Requirements:
● Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
● Ability to explain technical ideas clearly
● Good negotiation skills
● Good teamwork skills
● Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
● Project management skills
● Can work independently and require less supervision
● Takes initiative and keen to learn new system concepts
● Knowledge and experience with full system development life cycle
● Willing and able to travel when needed
● Willing to keep up to date with developments in technology
● Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
● At least 2-3 years of working experience in either IT/Engineering field in an Electronics
Manufacturing industry; Or experience in Project Management/System
