Bring Your Children to Work Day & Plant Tour 2026!

At TCL, Safety is more than just a strategic priority, it is our collaborative goal to get every employee home to their loved ones, every day, every time.

Today, we welcomed the little ones who are our daily reminders of why we always need to put Safety first.

They were able to see firsthand what their parents do, learn about the cement industry, and experience the plant that keeps Trinidad & Tobago building.

In keeping with our mission of inculcating a culture of Safety across generations, we took this opportunity to facilitate a Vulnerable Road User (VRU) session - teaching the kids about blind spots and how to safely interact with heavy machinery and trucks on our nation's roadways and in industrial environments like ours.

It was a day of fun, discovery, and special family memories, which will be cemented at TCL as our employees and their children left their handprints together - a permanent mark of this special day and the bond that drives us to be safe.

Thank you to our TCL families for making this day unforgettable.

“Ah good.” Sometimes, there’s more behind those two words.

Between traffic, bills, responsibilities at home and pressure at work, plenty of us carry worries that nobody sees. We still show up, share a joke and push through.

But even the person who always “holding it together” needs support sometimes.

As we mark World Mental Health Day, let’s make room for honest conversations—at home and on the job. Ask a colleague, "How you really doing?” Then give them time to answer. Listen without judgement or telling them to “just shake it off”.

Looking out for each other is part of building a safer, more caring workplace. That includes making it easier to speak up when someone feels overwhelmed or needs a break.

You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. And you don’t have to carry everything alone.

A habitat includes the places we build, grow, learn, and call home. It also includes the natural environments that sustain our communities and ecosystems.

Together, we continue building stronger habitats for generations to come through our innovative construction solutions and investments in sustainable development.

Happy !

Every great space begins with an idea🏗️.

Today we recognise those who turn ideas, needs, and dreams into spaces that transform the way we live.

At TCL, we celebrate the architects who, with their vision and creativity, shape the projects we envision for the future.

We are proud to be your allies along the way: supporting every project with solutions and expertise to bring your ideas from design to reality.

Happy World Architecture Day!
