When space is tight, control matters more than reach.
A geared thumb wheel lets you turn fasteners with your fingertips where a full swing won’t fit. Add an bit extension(7AX1C) for L-handle leverage, or pair it with your go-to driver — build it your way. Same compact footprint, now with finer control.

The Flat End Ratchet Wrench, first introduced in 2021, has gone through multiple iterations based on user feedback—many of which may not be easily distinguishable. We truly appreciate all the support along the way.

This year, we’re excited to introduce the upgraded 2026 version ( EDC Ratchet Wrench for Leatherman Mk2), now featuring the 711L signature geared thumb wheel design, compatible with the Bit Extension. It retains all the functionality of the previous version and remains compatible with Leatherman flat bits, while offering greater flexibility for expansion and personal setup.

While developing the 711L Mini Ratchet Wrench TG, we started thinking about how the ratchet ring itself could be improved for everyday use — and that’s how the 711L EDC ratchet ring came to life.

The textured ring improves grip, letting you tighten or loosen screws with your fingertips when space is too tight to swing the handle. It also works with double-ended bits and can pair with our Bit Extension to form a T-handle, keeping the versatility our tools are known for.

And when it’s not in use, it doubles as a fingertip fidget toy for EDC users.
