CNC 螺旋銑刀該怎麼選？
在 CNC 加工中，螺旋銑刀的選擇會直接影響表面品質、排屑效果、崩邊問題、加工速度與使用壽命。
上切刀（Up-cut） 適合需要良好排屑與深切削的加工；上切刀（Down-cut 適合重視上表面品質的淺槽或貼面板加工；複合式銑刀（Compression）則適合需要上下表面都乾淨的貫穿切削。
若加工重點是快速去除大量材料，可考慮粗銑刀（Roughing bit）；若材料容易積屑、振動或切削負載較高，斷屑銑刀（Chipbreaker bit）則能協助改善排屑與加工穩定性。
選刀時，不建議只看刀具名稱。更重要的是先確認加工目標、材料特性、切削深度、表面品質要求與生產效率需求。

In CNC machining, router bit selection directly affects surface finish, chip evacuation, edge chipping control, machining speed, and tool life.
Up-cut bits are suitable for better chip evacuation and deep cutting. Down-cut bits are useful when top-surface quality is the priority. Compression bits are a practical choice for through-cutting panels that require clean top and bottom surfaces.
For high-volume material removal, roughing bits can support faster machining. For materials that require better chip control and reduced cutting load, chipbreaker bits can help improve machining stability.
Instead of choosing by tool name alone, it is better to start with the machining goal, material type, cutting depth, surface quality requirement, and production efficiency target.
