CNC 螺旋銑刀該怎麼選?
在 CNC 加工中,螺旋銑刀的選擇會直接影響表面品質、排屑效果、崩邊問題、加工速度與使用壽命。
上切刀(Up-cut) 適合需要良好排屑與深切削的加工;上切刀(Down-cut 適合重視上表面品質的淺槽或貼面板加工;複合式銑刀(Compression)則適合需要上下表面都乾淨的貫穿切削。
若加工重點是快速去除大量材料,可考慮粗銑刀(Roughing bit);若材料容易積屑、振動或切削負載較高,斷屑銑刀(Chipbreaker bit)則能協助改善排屑與加工穩定性。
選刀時,不建議只看刀具名稱。更重要的是先確認加工目標、材料特性、切削深度、表面品質要求與生產效率需求。

In CNC machining, router bit selection directly affects surface finish, chip evacuation, edge chipping control, machining speed, and tool life.
Up-cut bits are suitable for better chip evacuation and deep cutting. Down-cut bits are useful when top-surface quality is the priority. Compression bits are a practical choice for through-cutting panels that require clean top and bottom surfaces.
