🌍 Strengthening the City with Semi-Flexible Paving
This is a pavement enhancement project for asphalt surfaces.

Bonddex®️ SFO Mortar system was proudly used to support the largest asphalt company-Dong Li Group in Taoyuan in upgrading numerous bus stop areas.
This method, known as semi-flexible pavement, extends the lifespan of asphalt, shortens construction time, and effectively resists damage caused by frequent heavy braking of large vehicles.
At the final stage, a surface curing agent is applied to enhance long-term durability and performance.

From a 60-year-old structure to a refined modern stay. Bringing old spaces back to life with purpose and precision.

🧱 Wall & Ceiling Finishes
Completed using Bonddex Skim Coat with two distinct textures:
1️⃣ Power-Troweled Finish
2️⃣ Travertine with Formwork Texture
Both finishes were sealed with Bonddex Film-Free Sealer for enhanced waterproofing and durability. ✅ Crazing Cracks Resistant

🪵 Flooring System
1. Bonddex R1-1 – Crack & dent repairs
2. Bonddex Two-Component Self-Leveling Resurfacer – Full-surface leveling
3. Bonddex R-2 Scratch Coat – Surface profiling
4. Bonddex G-1 Polishable Self-Leveling Compound – Final finish layer

After G-1 application, the surface was treated with Crystal Li (Lithium Densifier) and mechanically polished from resin #50 to #200 to achieve a Creamy Finish ✨
Final protection: Coval Matte Finish Sealer – delivering a clean, durable, low-sheen surface.

Xingyi 2025 International Flooring Seminar successfully concluded on May 17!
The event welcomed 12 flooring experts from Germany, Japan, Australia, Russia, Taiwan, and China. The Bonddex team was also present to share hands-on applications of its inorganic terrazzo flooring system, including a live demonstration of Bonddex G-1’s installation process, which drew significant attention.

In addition, the Bonddex team delivered a presentation on the history of terrazzo, key installation techniques, and case studies. This allowed participants to gain a well-rounded understanding of the system—from theoretical insights to practical know-how.

興翼2025國際地坪研討會於 5/17圓滿落幕，活動邀請來自德國、日本、澳洲、俄羅斯、台灣及中國的12位地坪領域專家親臨現場，Bonddex團隊也親自分享無機磨石地坪的實作應用，現場同步展示Bonddex G-1產品的攤鋪流程，吸引眾多目光。
