巧力工業股份有限公司 (Challenge Industrial Co., Ltd. –又稱 CIC) 成立於 1974 年，專業生產製造電力及電子產品，包括屋內屋外中低壓比流器及比壓器 (統稱變比器或儀器用變壓器)、配電變壓器、樹脂絕緣體、電抗器、計費電子式電表等。此外，巧力也提供 E.S.E. 電避雷針及雷擊預警器、突波保護器、電容器等多項電力裝置，並在台灣代理美國 Fluke 及 Amprobe 量測儀器。為因應全球環境需要和發展趨勢，巧力同時積極尋找及推廣節能、智慧型的產品，如近年推出的電動車智能充電系列，以提供各國客戶全方位的解決方案。

巧力工業 (CIC) 董事長黃武雄，於 2025 年榮獲《經理人月刊》主辦之「第 18 屆百大 MVP 經理人 (100 MVP Managers)」肯定，表彰其在企業經營與策略布局上的長期投入與成果。

在董事長與團隊共同努力下，巧力工業於 2024 年創下產品新機種開發數量及營收成長的歷史新高，展現公司於中低壓變比器領域的專業實力與穩健發展。

本屆頒獎典禮已於 11 月 28 日舉行，由巧力工業進出口業務楊副總經理代表領獎，專案經理鍾經理陪同出席，代表全體同仁接受這份肯定。

⭐ CIC President Honored with “Taiwan Top 100 MVP Managers 2025”, Closing the Year on a Strong Note

Mike Huang, President of Challenge Industrial Co., Ltd. (CIC), was honored in 2025 as a recipient of the “Taiwan Top 100 MVP Managers 2025”, organized by Manager Today magazine. The recognition acknowledges his long-term leadership and contributions in corporate strategy and business management.

Under the leadership of CIC’s President and through the collective efforts of the team, the company achieved record highs in both the number of newly developed product models and revenue growth in 2024, demonstrating its professional strength and steady development in the medium- and low-voltage instrument transformer sector.

The award ceremony was held on November 28, 2025. The award was accepted on behalf of President Huang by Ms. Crystal Yang, Vice General Manager of CIC’s Trading Development Division, accompanied by Ms. Sandy Chung, CIC Project Manager.

Also in 2025, CIC’s High-Quality Instrument Transformers were recognized with the National Brand Yushan Award – Best Product Category, marking another important milestone in a year defined by quality, reliability, and long-term commitment.
