Healthcare spaces need visibility and privacy, often in the same room.

Operating-room windows stay clear for observation and frost for privacy. Frost the glass between exam rooms and the waiting area with one tap, and give street-facing windows privacy from passersby. No curtains or blinds; the glass does the shading. Frost just the eye-level band on a street-facing storefront, or go with tinted glass, large partitions, or on-site retrofits of existing glass.

• Switches in under 0.2 seconds
• Power draw: 5 W/m²

Healthcare projects: Taipei Veterans General Hospital · Chuan-Tai Eye Clinic · Ya-Yi-Tong Dental Clinic

Meeting-room glass shouldn't make you pick between open and private.

Keep it clear and the daylight flows right through. Frost it for meetings, interviews, or video calls, and the view into the room is blocked. No blinds, no curtains. Each panel runs on its own, and frosted glass doubles as a projection surface.

• Switches in under 0.2 seconds
• Power draw: 5 W/m²
• Works on curved glass, and existing glass partitions can be retrofitted
• Laminated glass: 5-year standard warranty, with a paid extension up to 10 years

🎉 Congratulations to 營養師輕食 — their new Kaohsiung headquarters just earned LEED ID+C: Commercial Interiors, Silver!

We're proud that STARTEK got to be part of it — building the "floating glass meeting room" on the second floor of this museum-like new office.

Suspended above a double-height atrium, oversized and installed mid-air, our switchable glass does one thing beautifully: tap once and it turns opaque for privacy, tap again and it's clear and full of daylight.

A big thank-you to Atelier SUPERB for the design and guidance that brought this space to life.

Be smart, be startek.

With a single touch, one wall goes from clear to private. 🔲→⬜

This is a premier corporate headquarters in Taipei, built around Clestra — the partition system imported from France. And the glass that frosts on command? That's Startek's switchable glass.

The visitors this time were some of Europe's most demanding clients. They missed nothing — every edge, every detail, every switch. And when they were done, their verdict was simple: they wanted to bring this technology home to Europe.

Made in Taiwan, recognized by the world. This is why we make switchable glass.

「Fine dining
