REPON has long upheld "people-oriented" as its core corporate value, striving to create a friendly, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment. Today, we are honored to welcome Mr. Arif Sulistiyo, Representative of the Taipei Indonesia Economic and Trade Office, and Mr. Husen Mauludin, Head of Labor Affairs, to the REPON Cloud Computing Plant for a visit and exchange. They were accompanied by Ms. Lin Shu-ru, Chairperson of May_God Human Resources Co., Ltd., and Mr. Hsu Chia-chun, General Manager.
Nanjun International Co., Ltd. has obtained RBA certification and has long been committed to employee care and migrant worker support. This exchange activity was specially led by an Indonesian doctoral student currently interning in the R&D department of the Cloud Computing Plant.
From the perspective of frontline colleagues, they shared how REPON implements its care initiatives for both domestic and foreign employees. Annual employee activities encompass a wide range, including assisting Indonesian colleagues in organizing Eid al-Fitr activities and annual employee trips, leading a volleyball team to win a championship, and the company also holds a Thanksgiving Festival and Christmas activities at the end of the year.
In addition to charitable blood donation drives, regular employee health checkups, and monthly consultations with occupational doctors, we also provide employees with accommodations superior to those in the industry and design pork-free meals that respect multiculturalism, allowing migrant workers to work with peace of mind and enjoy life in Taiwan comfortably.
Today, for the visit of the Taipei Indonesia Economic and Trade Representative Office to the YunTech plant, we specially prepared traditional Indonesian turmeric rice and invited migrant workers and representatives from Alifu to have lunch together in the employee cafeteria, where representatives offered a blessing, symbolizing cultural respect and emotional connection.
This visit also focused on promoting the "direct hiring" policy for Indonesian migrant workers to protect their labor rights while working overseas. REPON International, upholding the RBA spirit, welcomes and has long supported this policy, hoping to work hand in hand with all sectors to continue safeguarding the dignity and rights of workers and fulfilling corporate sustainability responsibility.
