Meet the updated MICROTECH WIRELESS SwissMet IP67 calipers: Swiss electronic measuring systems, controlled measuring force, and a simpler way to capture results.

Choose Bi-FORCE for 0.001 mm resolution and defined force of 8 N externally / 4 N internally. For soft materials, Low-FORCE applies just 0.8 N externally / 1 N internally, with 0.01 mm resolution. Unlike a conventional caliper, the contact force depends less on the operator’s hand.

The built-in MICROTECH WIRELESS module offers two ways to transfer measurements: to the MDS app or directly into a compatible application using HID mode. A rechargeable Li-Pol battery and magnetic charger mean no routine battery changes.

IP67 protection and an ISO/IEC 17025 calibration certificate complete the package.

MICROTECH at MachTech & InnoTech Expo 2026, Sofia
At MachTech & InnoTech Expo 2026 in Sofia, our Bulgarian partner SGS presented the latest MICROTECH developments in digital and precision metrology.
The main focus was on the new DataMet and SwissMet generations, combining modern electronics, advanced data transfer, rechargeable systems, controlled measuring force and high-precision measurement technologies.

MICROTECH long-distance high stability measurement data solution with MetroX app

MICROTECH has completed a new installation and setup for industrial customer, combining 100 mm range digital indicators, 20t Force sensors and long-distance data transmission in one measurement system.
For this project, we implemented communication based on the Modbus RTU protocol, providing reliable data transfer even over long cable distances 50+m and allowing multiple measuring devices to operate within the same network.

Key advantages of the MICROTECH Modbus solution with Metrox app:
Reliable data transmission over long distances with minimized risk of data loss
Multi-device network architecture - up to 247 Modbus devices
Integration different types of measuring instruments to 1 system
MetroX software for multi-device connection, real-time data acquisition and further measurement analysis
