600lbs of honey later, treatin myself to some cousins maine lobster bisque and a lobster quesadilla.... The Mango Cart beer was complimentary from my good friend Sherree @ Reds Corner.

Went out today minus one helper/ mentoree and it was noticable.
Bob and i got another 16 mediums and 1 deep on the trailer before the wind, thunder and rain showed up.
I missed the market this morning, but at this point, getting the honey off has to take priority.
Whew!!! About 20 more hives to do!

Empties going back on.

Out hitting the yards right before dark. Putting empties back on for the bees to clean up and dry. 2nd yard tonight.
Last three hives on the end will get harvested tomorrow. Got about 25 to go.
Had a bee get inside my jacket and sting me on the neck.
They're like people in some regards, failing to realize that im not here to hurt them, just trying to give back and help make them a little more comfortable.

Finally ran into someone who had experienced toxic Rhodendron honey, or thought so at least.
Said the heart palpatations were too much, hallucinations she could take 👀, just not the palpatations.
I said Appalachians, no, Sonoras in North Cali.
I'm thinking like, someone put you an L*D Mickey in that honey honey!

19 more today. Man was the heat and humidity a bit oppressive, but, thanks to team DeesBees, we got it done. Now to get it in the buckets!
