This weekend, 9/12/2026, there will be, not one, not two, but three opportunities to score some DeesBees Moore Co produced, local, raw honey.
Sept 12, we will be at the Moore Co farmers Market 8am til 12noon and the Shaw House Festival 9am until 4 pm.
Stop on by and grab some of MoCo finest farm goods or stop by the Shaw House for a throwback to yesteryear. Food and live music on site.
Sunday, Sept the 13th, 1pm until, we will be at the Reds Corner for the Femme Fest- A women sponsored and women celebrated event. My daughter and granddaughter will be managing the sales table.

A couple more Dees Bees Purple Honey blessings to share! 💜🍯

It never ceases to amaze me how creative people can be. Having these talented folks in my circle—and watching them transform our honey into something completely unexpected—is one of the most rewarding parts of this business.

A few weeks ago, Amanda from Muscadine Cottage shared her vision for a Purple Honey inspired laundry detergent. Don’t even ask me how she did it—I’m just glad she brought it to life and chose to share it with me!

You can find it at The Design Market on Highway 5 in Aberdeen. Amanda and Barry have also used my honey to create their own unique, proprietary blended bath soap—and WOW, has it been a hit!

Then today, I was gifted a Purple Honey Pop-Tart from Lisa at The Purple Thistle. It's a sourdough pastry with a fruity filling, topped with a secret blend of confectionery genius and Purple Honey. And, of course, we’ve all heard about the Queen Bee at Poplar Place in Aberdeen—a subtly delicious blend of gin, honey and a special purple concoction fit for a queen. 👑

Laundry detergent, handcrafted soap, sourdough pastries and designer cocktails—Purple Honey continues to inspire creativity in the most surprising ways.

Purple Honey is officially sold out for the season—but there’s still one delicious way to experience it!

Introducing The Queen Bee: a designer Purple Honey cocktail available exclusively at Poplar Place in Aberdeen, NC.

This one-of-a-kind cocktail is a collaborative creation by Nathan Loennen and Donald Dees of Dees Bees Apiary, blending local Purple Honey into a drink truly fit for a queen.

Once the Purple Honey is gone from the bar, it’s gone until next season—so visit Poplar Place and enjoy The Queen Bee while you still can. 🐝👑🍸
