Progress with a View! 🏗️🌊

The Heritage Project is really starting to take shape — and it’s hard to beat the view from this jobsite!
From the early excavation and foundation work to reinforced concrete walls now rising across the property, our crew has made some serious progress. Building on a lakefront site like this takes plenty of planning and hard work, but seeing everything come together with Lake Martin in the background makes for a pretty incredible jobsite.

There’s still plenty of work ahead, but we’re excited about where this one is headed. We can already imagine what these views will look like from the finished home!

More progress to come from the Heritage Project!

We’re excited to see each stage of this build bring the homeowners’ vision closer to reality. There’s still plenty of work ahead, but this one is already looking good!

Another milestone reached at our custom home in The Willows! 🏡🌊

The details are what turn a house into a destination.
This week, we completed the custom stone steps leading from the home down to the water along with the new dock, creating a beautiful connection between the home and Lake Martin. Next up, we'll be installing the flagstone landings to complete the natural, timeless look of the pathway.

Every phase of this project is coming together exactly as envisioned, and we can't wait to share the finished product.
