Looking for affordable health insurance and not sure where to start? Youā€™re not alone.

Even with employer plans, choosing between options like HMO vs. PPO or high- vs. low-deductible can be confusing. It gets even more complicated if youā€™re between jobs, self-employed, or working somewhere that doesnā€™t offer benefits.

People often ask what types of roles I specialize in. Somewhere along the way, I found myself in a niche I genuinely love: construction, remodeling, and home design.

Fun fact: when I started college, I wanted to be an Interior Designer. This was before design software was what it is today. Programs like 2020 and CAD were not at my fingertips, and hand-drawing floor plans wasā€¦ humbling. Especially when drawing a straight line felt like an advanced skill.

Fast forward years later, and I still get to be part of that world, just in a different way.

Now I help the designers, builders, and remodelers bring their visions to life by finding the talent they didnā€™t even know where to start looking.

Turns out, you do not need to draw the plans to help build something beautiful.

Like most of the recruiting world, things slowed down over the holidays. It was the perfect pause for hiring managers, candidates, and yesā€¦ me, to recharge after a full year.

Sorry, not sorry, but I need to clear this up.Ā 

Many companies still believe that a Recruiter should work for free, which I find outrageous, considering that if the tables were turned, they would never do that.Ā 

Life is expensive. I have bills and overhead, just like they do.Ā 

I invest in premium resources and significant time to find candidates that my clientsĀ cannot find on their own.Ā 

If they: Ā

šŸš«Change their minds
šŸš«Decide to hire internally

Regardless of the reason, I still require compensation for my time and investment.Ā 

With a fair approach, I utilize a three-payment system that aligns with my productivity.Ā
