This month’s Company Donut Day featured our engineering department! 🍩

The team stepped away from their desks and into the donut-making process, gaining hands-on experience with the equipment they help develop and improve. Using the Donut Robot® for frying and the H&I-4 Icer for finishing, they worked together to create delicious donuts while seeing firsthand how our equipment performs in action.

Crispy on the outside and light on the inside, picarones have been a beloved Peruvian street food for centuries.
