After working in the construction industry for many years, starting in the early 90’s, Ron Stinemetze founded Aim Construction Services Company, LLC in 2016. Ron’s experience started with building custom homes as a carpenter and many of the other trades as well, from ground breaking all the way through completion. Ron’s attention to detail, hard work, and growth as a team leader helped him move up
into more supervisory positions while honing his skills as a master craftsman. After working on custom homes, Ron started supervising small to medium size commercial buildings, and eventually worked his way up to management of multi-million dollar projects in the oil & gas industry. Ron came back to custom homes due to his passion for quality and craftsmanship along with the opportunity to design, draw, build and lead. Over the years Ron has seen many materials, products, tools, and equipment change in the building industry, some evolve and some do not. Many products gain market share very quickly, while others all but disappear. The history of Velcro is one of ingenious design and common sense, but was a marketing flop for many years in the fashion industry. Now it is widely used in many different industries and will continue to evolve into new products and uses for many years to come. In 2015 Ron was reacquainted with several products he has seen many times over the years. Those products are poured in place rubber surfacing, pebble stone surfacing, and epoxy floor coatings. After further research he came to the conclusion that these products are not being offered to the larger market place the way they deserve. Most of the contractors that install these products focus only on the large business, industrial, institutional, and governmental market. There are many applications for these products that will continue to evolve over the next few years. Granted these products are not for everyone at this time, but there is a large niche in the market that is not being served like residential, small and medium sized business, and industry. Aim Construction Services Company was born to give our clients unmatched quality and craftsmanship for installation services, and provide the finest products & materials from only the best suppliers in the country. The foundation of this business will be built on four pillars: Honesty-Integrity-Quality-Respect. Ron Stinemetze is a perfectionist and he will assemble a team that will meet or exceed your expectations and work in a respectful and timely manner.
