We joined Mid-Continent Concrete to serve as the Hydration Station Sponsor at the 5th Annual Paint Chaffee Pink event, keeping participants refreshed as they walked, ran and rallied for an incredible cause. One of the highlights of the day was celebrating the inspiring individuals in the Survivor Parade. Thank you to everyone who came out to support survivors, fighters and the loved ones standing beside them. 💗

Congratulations to Toni Ream, Arkhola Scale Clerk and published artist, on being invited back to Fort Smith's Art on the Border event for a second consecutive year. The event raised more than $119,000 for local charities, and we're proud to see Toni's talent recognized and supported by fellow team members, Skip Freeman and Larry Combs. Way to represent Arkhola both in and outside the workplace!

This week marks National Truck Driver Appreciation Week 2026! Nearly every aspect of daily life is made possible because a truck driver delivered the goods and resources people need.

Thank you Arkhola Drivers for all that you do! We appreciate you! 🚚

On the day following Labor Day each year, we pause and remember our colleagues whose lives were lost at work. Working safely every day is the most meaningful way we can honor their memory.

🌟 Employee Spotlight 🌟

A 20-year Arkhola driver, Ernesto Ruano volunteered to mentor Julio Rodriguez after the two met one early morning at a local gas station. Inspired by Ernesto’s professionalism and positive attitude, Julio pursued his commercial driving career, earning his permit, completing the APAC-Central Driving Academy, and joining Arkhola in June 2026.

Since then, Ernesto has continued to support Julio through hands-on training, sharing valuable industry knowledge and helping him build confidence in his new role. Their partnership is a great example of how mentorship, leadership, and a willingness to learn can create opportunities for success.

Thank you, Ernesto and Julio, for embracing this challenge, supporting one another, and representing the best of Arkhola’s culture every day.
