Here’s a 30x74x10 with a 20x10 timber frame porch We just finished up. I love the charcoal and black! This was 85k for the shell, insulation and concrete. The homeowner is general contracting the inside. Probably getting it done for 200k. The dream is possible without drowning in debt. Good luck amd Gods speed!
