Now Hiring Office Manager/Admin!!!

$20.00 an hour plus commissions and bonuses. We all share in the success! You can easily earn $25 to $30 an hour.

3 to 5 days a week, 4 to 6 hours a day.
15 to 25 hours a week. We are flexible!

Join our growing team at Hydro Clean Maintenance Solutions located in Perkins Rowe. We specialize in customer service for interior and exterior cleaning services. We uploaded some photos of our office space and common area. Our office area is a well lit, clean and comfortable place to come to!

Basic duties include:

1. Answering phones professionally, taking detailed messages and setting appointments.

2. Entering data from completed appointments into our data bases and CRM.

3. Assist with scheduling appointments and projects to be completed by our pressure washing and janitorial teams.

4. Follow up after completion to ensure customer is totally satisfied with their experience.

5. Enter weekly payroll.

6. Fill and vendor packs and forward Certificates of Insurance.

7. Other clerical and office tasks as needed.
