JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
An Order Picker or Picker Packer is responsible for the following:
• Reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves
• Counting out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill an order
• Staging orders for delivery or pick up
• Operating forklifts and other heavy machinery
• Updating inventory counts

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Industrial Screw & Supply is looking for an energetic self-starter to join our sales teams. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be tasked with developing a thorough knowledge of company products and services to connect with consumers and generate sales.
Primary duties include the following:
• prospecting new customers
• cultivating relations with established customers
• managing vendor-maintained bin services

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and maintain a territory schedule to meet with current and potential customers to provide solutions as needed and ensure sales and service satisfaction.

Work closely with inside sales, purchasing, and the warehouse as needed to develop and grow company-wide preparedness to provide excellent customer service.

Create and implement a purposeful strategy to service and grow our Vendor Maintained Bin Service. Duties include the initial sale and installation of the fastener bins, along with perpetually evolving the bin assortment and service frequency based on customer needs and growth.

JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICAITONS REQUIRED:
3-5 years’ experience in sales, preferably outside sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

PREFERRED:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field

The role of Purchasing Agent with Industrial Screw & Supply will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and determining purchasing needs by selecting the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency.
