Position Overview
Bayfield Lumber and Supply is seeking a dependable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering materials to customer job sites, loading and unloading trucks, stocking materials, and assisting with daily yard operations.
Responsibilities
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Deliver lumber and building materials to customer job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stock lumber and building materials in the yard and warehouse
• Operate a forklift safely and responsibly
• Inspect loads and materials before deliveries
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move building materials regularly
• Forklift experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in lumber or building materials is preferred but not required
Schedule
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No weekends or nights
