Saw Service of Washington Re-Sharp
How The Re-Sharp Program Works,
Summed up: (Do you know the Old Wood-Mizer Re-Sharp Program? Pretty much the same!) if not
1. Call Saw Service of Washington at 877-738-6437
2. Receive a temporary account Number
3. Ship the blades to our address as you please with the temporary account # on the package
4. Sit back and wait
5. We will call you with the final details and balance of the sharpening once it is complete.
6. We will then ship them back to you with another return label
7. Repeat!
In More Details:
Minimum 5 blades of the same TPI (Teeth Per Inch)
Do not Send any of the following:
Broken blades
Kinked blades
The blade is missing more the 3 teeth in a row or 7 on the blade;
Once we receive the blades, they will be sharpened in the order received.
Pricing and Payment:
Payment for blades will be due before shipping back. You will be billed for shipping at the flat fee round trip based on the specifications below. We will ALWAYS ship the cheapest way back!
Pricing for Sharpening, setting, and washing:
Sharpening Pricing, Blades 12’ (144”) up to 13’-6” (162”) $10.00 each
Blades 13’-7” (163”) up to 18’ (216”) $11.00 each
Additional $1 for Carbide
Additional $1 For De-Rust and cleaning (optional) But required if we can't find the weld or there is sawdust build up on blades
Shipping Flat Rate Fee:
One Box of blades 5-15 Blades $30.00 Round Trip (Per Box). Blades up to 165”
One Box of blades 5-15 Blades $45.00 Round Trip (Per Box). 166” up to 205

We will add you to the system as well as keep track of all orders and leave personal notes in your account, Blade size, Prefer Blade brand, Replacement Blades that are rejected with a 10% OFF
