7 weeks. I was told to give this home a face lift strip floors trim doors lights everything but the walls. Little back story 5 years ago I got to put a bathroom in this house for the previous owners! Fast foward here we go again. To say the least ive made my mark on filmore and couldn't be more proud to be apart of this project! I was told by several it would be hard to do by myself. But I love a good challenge. To say the least I think we executed all the homeowners needs and wants with this! Huge shout out to the new homeowners and welcome to fairfeild!

What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with and completing bathroom and kitchen remodels

Performing demolition and prep work

Painting and finishing small interior projects

Building, repairing, and maintaining decks

Supporting general contracting tasks across various job sites

Working alongside a small, friendly team focused on quality and integrity

What We’re Looking For:
Previous construction or trades experience preferred

Strong attention to detail is a must—we take pride in doing things right

Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed

Dependability, honesty, and professionalism

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
