Our customer's excavation marks the start of a poured-in-place structure that will ultimately reach 33 feet deep and 22 feet in diameter--the future site of a municipal lift station.

The culmination of the most complicated lineal shoring system we have worked on.

Thousands of feet of single and double 72” welded steel raw water piping running through the length of an in-service 100 plus year-old water treatment plant.

Complicated by a snake like layout to avoid the many existing structures and pipelines.

Dozens of known and unknown crossing utilities including live 100-year-old cast iron 42” and 36” water lines with valves that haven’t worked in years.

Site specific Engineer supported hybrid systems having to be adapted to each day’s discovery of unmarked or mis-located utilities.

Combinations of triple track slide rail with panels from 8 foot to 28 foot, spreader posts supported by sacrificial beams to obtain pipe clearances, sheeting with significant “toe” around obstructions, wood and steel lagging under structures and steel plates to fill holes.

And a dedicated crew that safely handled every day’s challenges over almost two years including brutal MN winters.

Gary Carlson Equipment's customer tackled a "78" tunneled RCP job on the freeway, only to run into an old storm tunnel the DOT forgot about. We helped by providing a PRO-TEC triple track slide rail system to safely demo the tunnel and finish the crossing.

Gary Carlson Equipment's customer installed a 24-foot-tall slide rail system to protect a tower crane while backfilling the area.
Originally planned as a 20' x 20' pit with 16-20 ft tall panels, expanded to 28' x 28' panels with added height to complete utility work. The solution included a slide rail within a slide rail for maximum efficiency. Once the crane work was finished, the tower was removed, the pit was backfilled, and the slide rail extracted with a Komatsu 360.

We are looking for:
CDL Driver-Clean driving record and current health card. Who is able to drive a variety of vehicles including: tractor trailer, boom truck, rollback flatbed, pick up truck. Mechanical experience and or boom truck experience is a plus.
Mechanic- Works on gas and diesel engines on a variety of light construction equipment with an exception to some larger equipment. Concrete/grout & dewatering pump experience is a plus. (must have your own tools).
Inside sales- Take calls and help customers in store building invoices to sell and rent our equipment. Help keep track of current inventory. Help coordinate with drivers to plan coordinated deliveries to customer job sites.
Outside sales Rep- Make office and job site sales calls. help with coordinating events to help promote rental equipment. covering Minnesota and some of the surrounding states. Sales experience required. If interested please give the store a call.
Full time positions with benefits package. Paid vacation, sick days, medical & dental insurance 401k with company match, profit sharing and supplied uniforms.
Must be able to lift 75lbs and will need pre employment physical and drug screen.
