Polk county FL, Indiana county PA, Westmoreland county PA, and most anyone he comes in contact with is looking for him and requesting the stolen property (mostly tools) he takes from everyone that listens to his sob stories and lies. Anyone who encounters him becomes a victim of his career thievery. And please, don't let him drive your car. He may just back it off a lift and miss the ramp.
