I love Bluff Park! Each week during vegetable growing season we have our fresh veggies available each Tuesday and Thursday. I bought some gorgeous summer vegetables and want to share how we like to cook them.
Instead of the traditional fried okra try this. Cut it as shown below. Add 2tsp of olive oil and season with you family favorite (we like Tuscan). Broil on a pan as seen in the pictures until crispy. ENJOY!
