🎃👻 Our team got into the Halloween spirit with some creative costumes, creepy characters, and plenty of laughs! Here's a little peek at this year's party! 🕸️

🏆 Most Creative: Josh, our happy connection to the world! 🌎 After dressing up as an AWS server going down last year, he decided to bring some positivity this time around!

💀 Scariest Costume: Jerrod, who kept everyone on edge with his creepy mask and those unforgettable Purge-style stares!

👻 People's Choice: Irene, our very own Ghostbuster, complete with music and dancing!

🎃 Honorable Mention: Steve, who didn't take home a win but definitely brought the creepy factor!

🍂 And a special shoutout to Gayle for bringing our very own Pumpkin Patch to the celebration!

We love seeing our team have fun together and show off their personalities outside of the usual IT troubleshooting!

🔑 TECH TIP: Retire the Recycled Password

Using the same password for multiple accounts means one compromised login could put several systems at risk.

Use unique passwords and a reputable password manager to keep them organized.

And no, adding a “1” to the end doesn’t count as a new security strategy. 😉

Trunk or Treat at the Kitsap Halloween Bash was an absolute blast. 🎃

Help Desk Cavalry set up shop at President’s Hall on Saturday alongside a fairgrounds full of local businesses, community groups, and some seriously impressive booth decorating.

If you missed it: the Bash is a free, family-friendly, walk-through Halloween event at the Kitsap County Fairgrounds. Kids come in costume, work their way through the decorated trunks and booths, and fill a bucket with candy somewhere warm, dry, and safe. The US Submarine Veterans Bremerton Base were grilling up free hot dogs, and there was free c***r and cocoa flowing all afternoon.

The best part: every booth registration goes straight to the Submarine Veterans Bremerton Base & Charitable Foundation. Good candy, good cause.

Thank you to the organizers, the volunteers, and every family who stopped by to say hi. This was a great warm up for next weekend! 👻
