The MARIFLEX® PU 40 is a thixotropic, permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component, low modulus polyurethane elastomer (mastic) used for chalking and joint-sealing.

The MARIFLEX® PU 40 can also be used as an adhesive to multiple surfaces where an elastic bonding is required.

Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

Maripur 7200 is a coloured, one component, highly durable, aliphatic polyurethane thin-layer floor coating.
The MARIPUR 7200 is specially designed for use as a floor coating in external surfaces, providing high mechanical strength, high abrasion and chemical resistance. It is colour stable, UV-stable and weather-stable so it can withstand the battering of the elements when applied outside.
The MARIPUR 7200 is using a unique curing system (moisture triggered), and unlike other similar systems it does not react with moisture (moisture-cured) and therefore does not form bubbles or blisters when applied in higher thicknesses.

Mariseal 400 - Aliphatic Polyurethane Top-Coat, UV-stable.

MARISEAL 400 is a pigmented, colour and UV-stable, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component aliphatic polyurethane coating, used as a top-coat for protection over exposed, polyurethane waterproofing coatings.
Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture over a unique moisture triggered chemical reaction.
Protects very efficiently, especially if a dark final colour is desired.

Typical uses:
Mariseal 400 is used as a top-coat over the Mariseal Waterproofing System where pedestrian traffic is expected.

MARISEAL 670 is a liquid-applied, permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, bitumen extended, one component polyurethane membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing.

MARISEAL 670 is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, and is extended with chemically polymerized virgin bitumen, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and natural element resistance properties.
Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

Advantages:

Simple application.
• Seamless membrane without joints.
• Resistant to heat and frost.
• Provides excellent thermal resistance, never turns soft.
• Maintains its mechanical properties over a temperature span of -30°C to +90°C.
• Provides excellent adhesion to almost any type of surface.
• Even if the membrane gets mechanically damaged, it can be easily repaired locally within minutes.
• Does not need the use of open flames (torch) during application.
