Happy Opening Fishing everyone !

I noticed I have not posted for 1 year. Doing a little experiment .let's just say it went very well. I have lots of really cool projects from the past year to post . We also have tons of great new projects coming this year!

With the 1st annual Crane Lake Open Bass Tournament starting next week, we wanted to take a moment to thank our sponsors! The charities they are supporting include the Crane Lake Fire Department, Ducks Unlimited, and a veteran's charity (sponsored by the Minnesota BassHeads). If one of these boats win, the winnings will go toward that charity.

4:00 PM – Rules meeting & group drawings

Wow, We just hit 510 followers!

I can't say thank you all enough.
This year we have some amazing custom projects lined up. We definitely are excited to share with you all. This year I will try and create more posts on a regular basis so you can all follow along our progress as well. Our Spring schedule is filling up very fast and we are looking forward to some warm weather. If you have a custom build or large project you have been thinking about. I noticed I haven't posted for a while . So here's a fresh one for your eyes.
Customer was referred by a previous customer. Asked if I could and would do a rail system for their boat house down in Babbitt, MN . I went down and looked at the challenges involved and why no other companies would consider doing it.
Designed up a plan, recieved approval and started fabrication. This design works on a double A-frame to be able to lift all 50' of rail in such a tight space . The Customers were all smiles when finished and ver6 thankful . I can't say enough thanks for the opportunity to build you something that should last for many years.

Received a call from a long time customer about a boat that needed some repairs. A very common thing up here with the numerous amount of rock and obstacles in the lakes and a large amount of visitors traveling the area for the first time . Well, most boat and pontoon repairs are on the bottom from such obstacles. Not many boats leak from the top! Lol. . I said no problem. Hole on the bottom? . Nope this one is a small gash on the side . Well, it definitely was that! So pulled the interior as much as possible noticing mostbwas full of sprayed in foam from the factory. worked out the caved in aluminum as much as possible. And patched her up . Ready to rent out another day .

Docks docks and more docks ! Here's three different rebuild/repairs out on Lake Vermillion. It was a bit blustery and wet, but this awesome crew got them all done and installed . After a ton of Spring ice damage this year. Some of these were bent beyond recognition. . So we cut off all the damaged sections. Brought them back to the shop and started fabrication on all brand new . Once finished they were painted and now installed.
Huge shout out to Vermilion Dock and Lift for their help and use of some very cool toys and a awesome crew.
